The customer can add items to their cart to place orders. Kaitaan will confirm the order by sending a confirmation email. A tracking number would be provided to the customer upon shipment of the product.
All pret items would be delivered within 6 to 7 working days inside Pakistan. International customers would be informed through email about their estimated delivery time and their order tracking numbers.
For all formal items and festive formal items, the time for creation of the custom dresses would be communicated to the customers and the items would be delivered according to the time-frame corresponded. In case no confirmation is received from the customer, the order would be cancelled.
