Order and Shipment Policy



Below is our Order and Shipment Policy to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review this policy carefully before making any purchase.

Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. Please ensure all details, including shipping address and item specifications, are correct. In case of any changes, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the email.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). In the event of high order volumes, processing times may be extended. You will be notified via email if your order is delayed or canceled.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipment Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, unforeseen delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, customs delays). We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Delivery and Risk of Loss

Delivery Issues: If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. Ensure that you check with neighbors or secure locations where packages may be left. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Kaitaan are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Return to Sender Packages

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package.
