Therefore, returns and exchanges are only available in cases where we have made a significant error, such as providing an incorrect or defective item. In such instances, customers may opt for store credit or an exchange under the following conditions:

A review of the item by our Kaitaan team confirms the issue.

The item is unused and undamaged by the customer.

The customer contacts Kaitaan within 24 hours of receiving the item.
